Designation: Lead LTE Protocol Stack Engineers
Education : B.Tech/B.E(Cs/EC)/MCA
Job Description
Min. Academic Qualification: B. Tech. in CS/CSE/ECE or MCA from reputed college/university
Domain Knowledge Expectation (All Positions)
- Good understanding of one or more of LTE stack layers e.g. RLC/MAC/PDCP is mandatory
- Strong in C/C++, Data Structures, OS and Networking
- Working experience in any of TI platforms e.g. C64x, C66x is highly desirable
- Should have worked on any of the version management software e.g. CVS/SVN/Clearcase
Additional expectation from Senior/Lead Engineers
- Expert in LTE layer 2 protocols e.g. RLC/MAC/PDCP
- Experience of implementing and testing 3GPP conformance and field scenarios
- Layer 2 development for small cell BTS (eNodeB)
Soft Skills
- Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Work as a team player as well as on individual contributor basis
