Role & Responsibilities:-
Role
The Trainee Product Consultant (TPC) is responsible for identifying, defining, and prescribing
functional and technical solutions to support deployments of our AppExchange application in
enterprise environments. This responsibility includes applying best practices, managing client
expectations, collaboration of solution approaches, and driving implementations for ongoing success.
The TPC leverages his/her knowledge of Zyme’s platform &
applications, understanding of salesforce.com and software development
experience to ensure project delivery success and overall
customer satisfaction as it relates to the project.
The TPC will often be called on to conduct professional consulting projects, and remediate at risk
implementations to include the review of programmatic customizations, integration and
middleware implementations, and/or performance tuning.
TPC’s at Zyme interact directly with key customers as hands-on
advisors in all phases and aspects of implementing enterprise solutions
to meet and exceed business needs/goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce. com including user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- The TPC needs to: research reported issues in depth; act as a liaison to other internal teams such as IT, Engineering, and Client Service Managers
- Clearly communicate updates to the customers within timeframes specified in the Service Level Agreements, and document all of the relevant information
- Monitor and escalate issues identified through the system monitoring infrastructure
- Work with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to create and manage complex
- workflow rules, data validation and triggers
- Create customized reports and dashboards
- Salesforce Administrator & Developer will be responsible for implementing, customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform in support of the business needs
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and developing plans for their implementation
- Participate in full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
- Apply knowledge of the Force.com platform and identifying the need for custom solutions
- Developing SFDC Visual Force pages, classes & triggers, and integrations with 3rd party systems.
- Analyzing and optimizing Salesforce related workflows, platform design and setup
- Staying current with Salesforce development best practices and its adoption
- Provide resolution to issues, and be responsible for escalation procedures.
- Analyze custom workflow of the CRM and help with improvements
- Handle SF release management and release packages
- Implement changes that come through the change management process.

- Work closely with Solution Managers, Product Managers, Technical Architects and clients to tailor solutions to meet client needs
